A sports physical on file at Greeley West prior to entering clinics. You may bring this in when you register on day one but we prefer you bring into our athletics office before our clinics dates

- LAST SEMESTER/TRIMESTER GRADES Submission- You must upload this on the google doc on this
site or bring a hard copy of this on day 1 of tryout clinics

Water bottle and a healthy snack if needed

Current Grade Sheet- filled out the week PRIOR to tryouts- this can be found below
